Ghislain Poirier

Ghislain Poirier is a DJ/producer from Montreal working under the Chocolate Industries, Rebondir, Shockout, Intr_version and 12k record labels.
His work mainly consists of original instrumental mixes and mixes featuring Montreal hip hop MCs including Omnikrom and Séba. He also have collaborated with the likes of Beans, TTC, Lotek HiFi and Nik Myo. He is noted for popular remixes of rock and hip hop artists' tracks including Les Georges Leningrad, The Clipse, Editors, Bonde Do Role, Kid Sister, Pierre Lapointe and Lady Sovereign. Furthermore, he is the founder of a highly successful Montreal party, Bounce le gros.
He is scheduled to perform in Chicago at Pitchfork Music Festival 2006.
