Ghiryan

Ghiryan (Arabic: غريان) is a city in Libya, in the Gharyan Municipality. Alternates names: Gharyan. Ghyrian is one of the biggest cities in Algarbi mountain. It has been considered as being the capital of the movement of the Lebyan resistance against the Italian invasion in the 20th century. It is also well-known for its ceramics industry. Many of Libyan famous feagures, during the Italian invasion, were from Ghyrian such as Asharif Alghyriany.
