Germano D'Abramo (born May 25, 1973) is an Italian mathematician, physicist, and astronomer.

He currently works at the Istituto di Astrofisica Spaziale e Fisica Cosmica (IASF), Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica (INAF) in Rome.

He recently proposed a classical recursive probabilistic solution of Turing's Halting Problem, published in Chaos, Solitons & Fractals.

The asteroid 16154 Dabramo is named in his honour .
