[edit] WorkChoice

I'd suggest "WorkChoice macht frei", but that would be bad of me.  ;-)

I worked out what you are referring to, riské (I found out about reductio ad Hitlerum recently) but it was still clever. Georgeslegloupier 03:04, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Hicks

Yeah, I wasn't surprised.

I'm torn between suspecting that David Hick's is more mad than bad, and being very suspicious of the treatment he's receiving.

In one sense, what happens to him isn't important, he's just one person, and probably not a very good one at that. On the other hand, the rules that apply to him are the same rules that apply to us all - so there is an element of precedence about this, as well as symbolic significance, that makes him worth fighting for.

A conservative is a liberal who has just been mugged.

A liberal is a conservate who has just been arrested.

Thanks for the message.

I appreciate it.
