- George Francis (Robot Wars). If all he is famous for is being on Robot Wars, I don't think he should have an article as there is nothing verifiable to write about him other than "he was on Robot Wars". Angela. 23:44, Apr 13, 2004 (UTC)

- Keep. His robot Chaos 2 has been the winner of the event on more than one occasion and this is verifiable and noteworthy. The sport is devloping and is worth encouragement! 134.146.9.19 04:22, 14 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. Why would detailed concordance information about fictional shows be acceptable but a factual article on a real person from a "real" show not be? Jgm 18:00, 14 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Fair point. If the article were informative, I'd agree. It's not -- it's a paltry stub containing POV assessments. Rewrite and I'll change my vote. Cribcage 18:33, 14 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Keep: significant achievement. Wile E. Heresiarch 04:23, 17 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. He doesn't seem to have too much of a personality when seen on TV, but he is a damned good robot driver, and the facts in the article are correct. Having recently corrected an article on something in the Star Trek universe which didn't make clear that it was discussing a fictional species, I am annoyed at some of the fictional stuff we allow on Wikipedia while quibbling about "real world" stuff. -- Arwel 12:53, 17 Apr 2004 (UTC)
- Keep famous enough. BL 08:02, Apr 19, 2004 (UTC)
