State Route 320 is a north-south route located almost entirely in Franklin County, Georgia, though a small segment does extend into Stephens County. From its southern terminus at S.R. 59 near Carnesville, the route travels north, reaching its interchange with Interstate 85. After the interchange, the route continues north through generally rural areas of Franklin County before reaching its northern terminus just inside Stephens County at S.R. 106 in the community of Mize.
