George played drums for the Gainsville, FL band Hot Water Music. Upon the departure of singer/guitarist Chuck Ragan, Georege and fellow Hot Water Music bandmates Chris Wollard, and Jason Black started the band The Draft also based in Gainsville, FL, for which George now plays drums.
