George Nevill, 1st Earl of Abergavenny

George Nevill, 1st Earl of Abergavenny L.L. (24 June 1727 - 9 September 1785) was an English Peer. The eldest son of William Nevill, 16th Baron Bergavenny, he succeeded to the Barony upon the death of his father. He was created 1st Earl of Abergavenny on 17th May 1784.
He married Henrietta Pelham on 5th February 1783, and they had the following children:
- Sir Henry Nevill, 2nd Earl of Abergavenny (1755-1843)
- Lady Henrietta Nevill (1756-1833)
- Revd. Hon. George Henry Nevill (1750-1844)
