George Beiser

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

George Beiser was an American engineer who worked for Bell Aircraft during World War II and allegedly supplied Andrey Shevchenko, an inspector at Bell Aircraft, information on machine tools from Bell Aircraft. The information was then transmitted to Moscow by Soviet intelligence. In a Venona project decryption Beiser is described as an "idealist" and "left-winger".
