Georg Späth (born February 24, 1981) is a German ski jumper who competed from 1995 to 2006. He won a silver medal in the team normal hill at the 2005 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberstdorf and finished 5th in the individual normal hill at those same championships.

Späth won a bronze medal in the team event at the 2006 Ski-flying World Championships. His best individual finish at the Winter Olympics was 12th in the individual normal hill at Turin in 2006. He has two individual career victories in his career (2005, 2006).
