General Capital Group is a German investment company which typically holds less than five per cent in German DAX30 companies. It has invested more than two billion Euros. The company is based in Munich.

Among the groups investments are Volkswagen AG (4,90%, sold in 2005), ThyssenKrupp AG (4,70%), Lanxess AG (4,30%), BASF AG (2,10%) and Infineon Technologies AG (0,80%).

Partners of General Capital Group are Christoph Bulfon, Hubertus Hoffmann, Harald H. Ludwig und Philipp A. Schoeller. Among the "Senior Advisors" are Carl Hahn junior, Gertrud Höhler, Klaus Naumann und Manfred Overhaus.
