The Municipality of General Emilio Aguinaldo (formerly Bailen; Filipino: Bayan ng Heneral Emilio Aguinaldo) is a fifth class municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 14,323 people in 2,765 households.
