Geir Moen (born June 26, 1969) is a former sprint athlete from Moss, Norway. His best performances:

  • European Championships in Helsinki 1994: Gold on the 200 meters
  • European Championships in Helsinki 1994: Silver on the 100 meters
  • World Indoor Championships in Barcelona 1995: Gold on the 200 meters
  • 18 Gold medals in Norwegian Championships between 1988 and 2002

His personal bests are 10.08 on the 100 meters and 20.17 on the 200 meters, which are also Norwegian records.
