GE Commercial Finance is one of General Electric's largest "growth engines". Formerly a part of (and still often thought of as being part of) what was once known as GE Capital it is now, as the name would suggest, the way GE reaches other businesses to provide financing.
Various products offered include revolving lines of credit, equipment leasing of various forms, Real Estate Services as well as Car Fleet Management.
GE Commercial Finance plays a role in over 35 countries. The industries served include healthcare, manufacturing, fleet management, communications, construction, energy, aviation, infrastructure and equipment, as well as many others.
GE Commercial Finance is now one of six major operating divisions of GE. GE Commercial Finance has assets of over US$232 billion and is headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, USA.
