GCS is a three-letter abbreviation which has multiple meanings, including:

• group communication system, a software package that implements som form of group communication
• GURPS Character Sheet, software for generating characters for the GURPS RPG.
• Glasgow Coma Scale in medicine.
• Grace Church School, a K-8 school in lower Manhattan.
• Ground Control Station in telecommunications (see also: RQ-1 Predator).
• German Church School social project of the German speaking church congregation of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Grand Central Station located in midtown Manhattan (New York).
• Game Creation System (such as Game Maker or MegaZeux).
• Glenelg Country School, a small private school located in Ellicott City, MD
• Guildford County School, a comprehensive school in Guildford, England
