Hi Gokhan, I found your new material on the properties and manufacture. nice to see fish gelatin in there at last. Consider adding even more specific information on manufacture. Concerning your substitution of kosher for kashrut check with Joe R to find which term he prefers. On Wikipedia the term kosher redirects to the original Hebrew term kashrut, so there's really no difference in the referencing. I'll have more detailed comments later after your classmates' reviews are in. Meanwhile I added back the invisible links to non-English wikipedia articles on the same subject, plus the category tags.
