Gazzo Veronese is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 100 km southwest of Venice and about 30 km south of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,584 and an area of 56.7 km2.[1]
The municipality of Gazzo Veronese contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Gazzo, Maccaccari, Correzzo, Paglia, San Pietro in Valle, Pradelle, and Roncanova.
Gazzo Veronese borders the following municipalities: Casaleone, Nogara, Ostiglia, Sanguinetto, Serravalle a Po, Sorgà, Sustinente, and Villimpenta.
