There is no law against Gays. Homosexual behaviour is not mentioned as a criminal offence in the penal code. Gay sexual activity is legal. There was one case when two lesbians where punished because of [Public Morals] in 1999. There exist only [Public Indecency] in Sexual Offence article. (Three months to two years in prison and a fine )
