It is unknown when was homosexuality legalized. However, it is known that homosexuality in currently legal in Andorra
[edit] Protection based on sexual orientation in law
Anti-discrimination laws cover sexual orientation and thus, discriminating against homosexuals is illegal
However, homosexuals can't give blood just because their sexual orientation. Although it's against International Conventions, it's what they are doing.

Since 2005, it has been possible for same-sex couples to register their partnership under the name "Stable Union of a Couple". Gay couples also have the right to adopt children.
