Why? Have I done something to offend you? This page is here for other users to talk to you. You can exert a great amount of control over your user page, but your user talk page is for other users; it's considered bad form to delete their comments without archiving them. No, you haven't done anything to offend me. I'd rather keep my user talk page clear of boilerplate "Welcome" text that just clutters it up and prevents me from identifying any real messages. Bad form or not, I don't see any value in archiving a seemingly automated "Welcome" message. Gavin 15:48, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
