Gavin Glinton (born March 1, 1979 in Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands) is a Turks & Caicos Islands soccer striker who currently plays for the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer.
Glinton joined USL First Division team Charleston Battery for the 2006 season. The Bradley University product was drafted by Major League Soccer's Los Angeles Galaxy in 2002 before transferring to the Dallas Burn in 2003. His two-year totals include 44 games played with one goal and 4 assists. In 2004 he took a two year break from professional football to become assistent coach at Bradley University. After a successful season with the Battery, Glinton was called up by the Galaxy.
Also, he plays for the Turks and Caicos national team and is their national record goalscorer with three goals. He scored one of the goals in their first ever win in a FIFA international over the Cayman Islands in a Digicel Caribbean Cup game in Cuba.
His younger brother, Duane Glinton, plays for Ogden Outlaws in the USL Premier Development League, also plays for the national team.
