Talk:Gasosaurus
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have seen fossils of this species before in museum exhibitions, and have a query - if the skeletons are lacking a skull, what was the basis for the skull used in said exhibits (it is very recognisable)
[edit] New specimens of Gasosaurus
According to http://students.washington.edu/eoraptor/Carnosauria.htm, Gasosaurus is a carnosaur, based on newly uncovered specimens (Currie, pers. comm., 1998, to Holtz).
- Right, which is why it's listed as ?Carnosauria here. I'm hesitant to incude this in discussion or to solidly refer it to carnosauria based on personal communication, howver. If and when the new specimens get published, this can be expanded upon.Dinoguy2 20:12, 30 August 2006 (UTC)
