Gary Strydom

Gary Strydom is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder, also notable as being the first and only person to win a Championship title under Vince McMahon's now defunct World Bodybuilding Federation. After the fall of the WBF Gary decided to take a long brake from competing in the mid 1990s. He recently returned after a ten year haitus to the bodybuilding stage at the 2006 Colorado Pro Championships. He finished a respectable 7th.
