Gary Richard Korpan

Gary Richard Kopran is the current mayor of Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
One of the longest serving mayors of the city, Korpan has seen many councils come and go. He was re-elected in the 2005 municipal elections with only 30.5% of the vote.
He ran unsuccessfully for the BC Liberal Party in the British Columbia general election, 1996. Current Council Members include - Diane Brennan, Jeet Manhas, Bill Bestwick, Joy Cameron, Bill Holdom, Larry Mcnabb, Lloyd Sherry and Merv Unger
