Gary Locke (born 16 June 1975 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premier League.

Locke, a midfielder started his career at his favourite club, Hearts, and has also played for Bradford City.

Locke picked up 10 caps for Scotland U21s while at Hearts. He was club captain when Hearts won the 1998 Scottish Cup but did not play in the final due to injury. Injuries have been a major problem throughout Locke's career.

Current Kilmarnock manager Jim Jefferies obviously rates Locke as a player, having managed him at three different clubs.

Locke is currently club captain at Kilmarnock.
