Gary Le Strange

Gary Le Strange is an eccentric English cult-rock composer, songwriter and performer.

He is a musician who is consistently knocking down the barriers of Genre, intent on changing the current music scene into something more creative and profound.

His eclectic style of songs are bombastic, upbeat and quirky. He enjoys using avant-garde Performance Art between songs to entertain and communicate with his audience.

The lyrical content of the songs are expertly constructed, with a wide range of abstract themes.

His appearance is oddly subversive, flamboyant and always donning his own special style of attire.

This true individual has a unique perspective on life, relationships and music. He has an idiosyncratic and erratic manner on stage, often talking about dysfunctional and surreal themes.

In 2003 he took the Edinburgh Fringe Festival by storm with his debut show, Polaroid Suitcase.

The huge popularity of this original show grew through word of mouth and earned him a Perrier Award.

Gary Le Strange continues to perform live to a growing army of worldwide fans and he is currently writing his next album, Beef Scarecrow
