Garston and Halewood is to be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election. The seat has been created during the Boundary Commission for England's review of constituencies.

The constituency will cover most of the present Liverpool Garston constituency (part of the city of Liverpool), together with the most southerly part of the borough of Knowsley, currently within the Knowsley South constituency. The electoral wards in the new constituency as follows:
- Allerton and Hunts Cross (in Liverpool);
- Belle Vale (in Liverpool);
- Cressington (in Liverpool);
- Halewood North (in Knowsley);
- Halewood South (in Knowsley);
- Halewood West (in Knowsley);
- Speke-Garston (in Liverpool);
- Woolton (in Liverpool).

This seat will be fought for the first time at the 54th United Kingdom general election, which must be held by 2010, although is more likely to be held in 2009.
