It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

First he will go to Special:Newpages and "look" at the new page titles. He will then identify bad titles using user:Lupin/badwords. Then he will put {{db-nonsense at the top of the page. He will then put the page at his own Wikipedia:Speedy Deletions page as: === (PAGETITLE) === Nonsense, bad title, detected by GangstaEBot working with User:Lupin/Badwords.(1)
