Now and Forever: Ganti is the second season of the seasonal drama from the writers of Mulawin and the director of Let the Love Begin. Now and Forever: Ganti is a rather heavey telenovela about vengeance. Expect a score of catfights, struggles, and deep dark secrets, in the fine tradition of soap operas. The struggle for power, revenge and love spun in a web of deceit and lies. The second series is produced by GMA Network. Its pilot episode aired on June 13, 2005.
[edit] Plot overview
Sheryl Cruz plays the pivotal role of Samantha, a riches-to-rags girl who is maltreated by her socialite, stepmother Eva and her childhood rival Carmela. Dumped, dragged through the dirt (literally and figuratively), and then cast-out, Samantha will be rise to seek revenge and retribution. Whether her ends do justify the means is something that viewers must decide on for themselves. They can expect a lot of moral issues and plot twists as the episodes roll by.
This is one telenovela that digs deep into the underbelly of human emotions. And already, just on plot alone, it has gotten some media critics buzzing.
