Gandhi is a Costa Rican rock band formed by Luis Montalbert-Smith (lead vocals, keys, songwriting), Federico Miranda (lead guitar), Abel Guier (bass) and Massimo Hernández (drums). Inspired in British groups such as Pink Floyd, Queen and the Beatles, and latinamerican bands Soda Stereo and Caifanes, they have released four albums: El Jardín del Corazón (1997), Páginas Perdidas (2000), BIOS (2002) and Ciclos (2004).

They are known for their campaign against arming and domestic violence entitled "ARMAS, NO GRACIAS" which is demonstrated in the thematic of one of their latest singles "Sr. Caballero". Other well-known hits are "El Invisible", "Quisieras", "Seca Reja Roja" and "En Dibujos Animados".
