gamma-Glutamylmethylamide, also known as GMA and N-methyl-L-glutamine, is an amino acid found in green tea [1], which is structurally related to L-theanine and L-glutamine.
GMA has been shown to be an effective hypotonic, more so than L-theanine [1].
