Gamer.tv is a long-running weekly television show for video gamers. It features topical video game news, previews, reviews and features. The series airs on a number of networks around the world including Bravo in the UK and Starz Edge in North America. It's also currently on air in Canada, South America, Spain, India and New Zealand. Segments from Gamer.tv are also carried on a number of websites including MSN.

The first episode aired December 2002. In October 2005, the UK edition of Gamer.tv briefly changed name to "Gamer TV: Next Gen" for 12 episodes that featured host Sam Delaney on screen. Since January 2006, Gamer.tv has reverted back to its traditional name and Sam Delaney's narration. In October 2006 the series celebrated its 200th episode.

Since May 2006 the series has aired in the United States on Starz Edge narrated by Christian Stevenson, with occasional segments from the UK program. The show is also seen on extreme sports channel Fuel TV along with another gaming show X-Play in Australia. In India, it is airs Tuesdays on Ten Sports.

The series previously appeared on the American television network GSN under their GSN Video Games block, paired with another Gamer.tv program, Game Sauce; and G4. Segments for this program were also used on a special video games show for Nickelodeon Games and Sports. Gamer.tv is currently banned in China.
