[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Villainposter.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Villainposter.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 07:05, 3 February 2006 (UTC)

The article you created at GallifreyanPostman was listed for deletion as An article about a real person that does not assert the importance or significance of its subject, criterion 7 in the criteria for speedy deletion, Articles section. Since it appears to be about you I've moved it to your user space instead, which was probably what you intended in the first place (a common mistake among newcomers!).

If you really did mean to create an article about yourself please be aware that this is often considered a bad idea, even if you do meet the guidelines for inclusion of biographies.

I know Wikipedia can be confusing for new editors, so you are welcome to ask for help at the help desk or on my talk page. -- Vary | Talk 18:53, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked: Hoax Article Creation

I'm going to be very clear here. When you create articles like October 20, 2006 mass suicide, you not only mislead other Wikipedia users, but you expose yourself to potential legal action. Your online actions are not anonymouus. To that end, I'm blocking you for 48 hours. Consider this a cooling off period. It should be ''common sense not to add deliberate factual innacuracies to Wikipedia, particularly on such a grand scale. Alphachimp 02:15, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
