Galiform plc is the parent company of the Howden Joinery Co. and White Space Furniture
It was formerly the called MFI Furniture Group plc and was the parent company of UK Furniture retailer MFI Retail. It changed name in October 2006 after selling MFI Retail to private equity firm Merchant Equity Partners.
