Galaxy Airlines Co. Ltd., (ギャラクシーエアラインズ株式会社 Gyarakushī Earainzu Kabushiki-gaisha?) is a cargo-only airline. Owned by the Japanese logistics company SG Holdings Co., Ltd. (formerly the Sagawa Express Group), services commenced on October 31 2006. The initial routes are between Haneda Airport and New Kitakyushu Airport and Naha Airport. A further route between Haneda Airport and New Chitose Airport will be added in the future, once Galaxy Airlines has satisfactorily finished tests and checks on its second plane, an Airbus A300-600F, which was received at the beginning of December, 2006.

The airline was founded on May 17, 2005. Permission to commence operations was obtained from the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in September, 2006. (The original application was filed in February, 2006). Services commenced on October 31, 2006, with flights between Tokyo's Haneda Airport and Naha Airport, Okinawa and New Kitakyushu Airport, Kyushu. The second plane, an Airbus A300-600F was received at the beginning of December, 2006
