Galápagos Green Turtle

The Galápagos Green Turtle is a subspecies of the Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas).
These turtles are rare and geographical. Usualy found around the remote Galápagos Islands, off the coast of South America, it can be seen in almost any salt water enviornment in the Galápagos. It will often be seen cruising the back water of the Islands.
