Gail D. Fosler

Gail D. Fosler is Executive Vice President and Chief Economist of The Conference Board (research and business membership organization). Other directorships: Caterpillar Inc.; Unisys Corporation; H.B. Fuller Company; Baxter International Inc.; and DBS Group Holdings Ltd. Ms. Fosler has been a director of Caterpillar since 2003.
