User:Gabriel Kent/archive:RubNub for YubNub
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
RubNub for YubNub is a (social) command bar for the web.
RubNub is a FireFox Toolbar which interacts with YubNub. It allows users to create and use commands which are mapped to webpages and web services.
There is a growing, community-based, set of commands for use by anyone. To contribute to the command set, a user types in 'new' and creates their own custom commands. Some users use this in place of the standard Address Bar because it will accept normal URLs with/without 'http://' or 'www.' just like is normally entered for a URL.
