Gabe Pressman (born February 14, 1924) of WNBC NewsChannel 4 is senior correspondent for WNBC-TV. Pressman has been a journalist in the New York City area for almost 60 years. Pressman currently hosts Gabe Pressman's News Forum, which airs on Sunday mornings at 6:30 AM and does mainly political reporting.

During the opening of the New York World's Fair in 1964 in Queens, New York, he reported live on television that a number of young men with long hair wearing denim jeans were protesting the Vietnam War and fighting with police on some escalators. During his report, he became the first person on television to use the word "hippie".

Gabe Pressman has been working with his producer Inara De Leon for over 12 years.

Every Christmas, Gabe does a Christmas story on a WNBC newscast in poetry set to drawings made by Roy Ruan, who was a graphic artist. This same story has been featured every Christmas for over 30 years.

Pressman was played by J.D. Cullum in the film 61*, reporting unfavorably on the baseball exploits of Roger Maris (played by Barry Pepper).
