Fussa (福生市; -shi) is a city located in Tokyo, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 61,337 and the density of 5,989.94 persons per km². The total area is 10.24 km².

The city was founded on July 1, 1970.

Yokota Air Base is located in Fussa, housing US and Japanese military Forces. The eastern portion of the city's economy focuses quite a bit on the base. "American style" bars, shops, and restaurants fill most areas within walking distance from the main gate. Western Fussa-shi lies on the banks of the Tama River, which flows along the southern end of Tokyo and through Kawasaki before emptying into Tokyo Bay.
