Talk:Fundamental Constitutions of Carolina

This article is within the scope of WikiProject North Carolina, an effort to create, expand, organize, and improve North Carolina-related articles to a feature-quality standard.

I have never heard anyone express doubt that Locke played a role in drafting the Fundamental Constitutions. Is there a reference for this? In the meantime, I will change the wording of the article to state that Locke was ONE of the major authors (though probably not the sole author).
