Full body tattoo
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Full body tattoo or Full body suit is an extensive tattoo, usually of a similar pattern, style or theme that covers the entire torso or the entire body.
In modern culture various performers, usually from the circus use them as a trade mark signature or an act of it self. Today, as tattoos are becoming more mainstream in western culture some have a gradual extension of their existing tattoos into a single theme from aesthetic reasons. The increase in popularity of this unconventional act of permanent body painting has given rise to temporary suits of fabric that can be worn. [1]
Such suits are of significant cultural meaning in some traditional cultures, representing a rite of passege, marriage or a social designation.
