Fugue is a fictional character, a mutant in the Marvel Comics Unverse. His first appearance was in Wolverine (2nd series) #157.

[edit] Fictional character history

Member of a band of Morlocks led by Carver, Fugue was wanted for a series of murders on the surface world. The Yeti-like creature was possessed of limited intelligence, having no concept of right or wrong. However, Lieutenant Tara Curson of the N.Y.P.D. was still determined to bring the creature to justice, with help from her newfound allies in Spider-Man and Wolverine.

After Wolverine challenged Carver to a duel for control of the tribe, Fugue attacked the feral X-Man but was inadvertently knocked into a deep chasm. Snagged by a web-line from Spider-Man, the creature ultimately proved too heavy and, after an earthquake caused by the Mole Man struck, Spider-Man`s webbing snapped and Fugue fell to his apparent death.
