Fu Jia was a recording officer under the Kingdom of Wei during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. At one time Fu Jia advised Sima Shi that it was not the time to invade Shu due to the fact that Sun Quan of Wu had just died. Following the rebellion of Guan Qiu Jian, Fu Jia accompanied Sima Shi and acted as an adviser of tactics.
