Template:Fu-na-in-why

This is a one of two new templates which will be proposed for Fair use images. The other is at {{Fu-re-in-why}}

All fair-use-images will be required to carry one of these templates for each instance of a page which inlines the image. These can be provided in addition to the boilerplate justification templates. Instructions can be found at {{Fu-na-in-why/help}}.
