I have just been diagnosed as fructose intolerant. Does anyone have experience with this condition who can advise me on what foods to avoid and which ones are ok to eat?

I wonder whether you are confusing intolerance and malabsorption. However, this is an encyclopedia not a usenet group, and the best person to advise you is certainly the one who diagnosed you fructose whatsoever. Dbach 17:08, 5 Feb 2005 (UTC)
