Friston, East Sussex

Friston is a village in the Wealden District of East Sussex, and is also one of the two villages making up the civil parish of East Dean and Friston. Friston lies on the A259 road to the west of the valley in which East Dean lies.
Friston Church is dedicated to St Mary the Virgin, is Saxon and Norman in its origins, and has Tudor monuments to the local family of Selwyn.
