[edit] AC?

Observed that you updated articles on Austin College. Did you attend? If so what years? (I was there from 78-82)

Also, funny that the AC article is longer than the one about Sherman, Tx!

Yep, I'm a current student, will graduate in 2008. Remember you can sign your remarks with four tildes or ~'s! Frecklegirl 04:12, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] About the A-kon article.

I notice you messaged me about the A-kon article. Well I jsut wanted to let you know that I was not the one to add the section about A-kon 17. I mearly edited it to make it less biased. It was posted by a user before me. I am aware of the rules and guillines of Wikipedia. I have attended several A-kons, but was unable to attend 17, so I could not fix the article probperly. If you have any questions, let me know. (Animedude 09:38, 19 June 2006 (UTC))

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Ac-greeklife.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Ac-greeklife.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BigDT 04:02, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

Also, I have removed your use of 40px from your user page. Images which are uploaded as "fair use" can only be used in article space, not in user space. Please see WP:FAIR for more information. BigDT 04:05, 22 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Otona vs. Adult

Firstly, I'd like to say that I don't appreciate your tone, and I would be grateful if you were more civil.

Despite the fact that the band prefer to use the translation, it doesn't change the fact that Otona is the transliteration. All other albums on all three pages are listed kanji/kana -> transliteration -> translation, except Adult, which is now just kanji/kana -> translation, and is at the very least inconsistent and would be somewhat confusing to those who don't know much about it.

Despite what the "pretty much all of the Ringo online community" have "decided", we are not writing this encyclopaedia for them, as they obviously already know everything. We're writing it for people unfamiliar with the subject, who need everything spelled out for them.

And it is exactly the same as having Tokyo Incidents written on everything. MightyMoose22 >Abort, Retry, Fail?_ 05:48, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
