I'd disagree with it being literally art deco, while it shows a few characteristics I'd say it also conforms to British palladian revivalism in many ways, it's a small building but has a grand almost intimidating stance to it. But alas, I'll leave that to the editors of the article to discuss.

Furthermore, is lodge ever held in this building? Or is it for memorial purposes only? 211.30.71.59 02:00, 25 October 2006 (UTC)

I wouldn't call it a small building at all - it's quiter large inside - Indeed many lodges are based here - it has nearly 20 temples as well as the Grand Temple which are constantly in use in the evening and on Saturdays
