A sequel isn't looking very likely, unfortunately. It was announced nearly two years ago and there hasn't been any more information. That's really sad considering the first game was so excellent. --MafiaCapo 3:05 29 April 2006 (UTC)

I haven't read through the manual, but wouldn't the assault rifle in Freedom Fighters be the AK-74? --Scottie theNerd 12:45, 18 February 2006 (UTC)

The manual simply says 'assault rifle', but the banana curve of the magazine hints at 7.62 ammunition. Which would mean it's an AK-103. Joffeloff 09:44, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

I would like a citataion for the claim of a sequl being in works.69.153.161.35HACKED

The Bizon isn't a handheld weapon in the game. It is carried as a primary weapon, a sub-machine gun.

The handgun in the game isn't an M9, it's the Russian MP-443.

Regarding a sequel, a member of GameFAQs wrote to IO Interactive and the was told something would be shown at the next E3. The name of the secret project wasn't given, but the writer said fans of the game wouldn't be disappointed. Link to the forum thread. 198.105.45.201 06:54, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

Agreed, those features were not first implemented in Halo and are standard gameplay elements in many first and third person shooters, I have removed this needless reference

The Trivia fact about being able to to see one of the WTC towers is false.

     1. the top of the tower you see is not flat topped, one side is taller than the other
        makeing the top of the building slanted
     2. This particular mission takes place in Brooklyn, if you where looking at the WTC
        the perspective in-game would be much different i.e. the building would looke shorter and 

farther away.

     3. along with the roof the the sides of this building
        are not the same as what would have been the WTC
